Here is a video of Graham moments before we took Artemo off the dock and Castoff. We were more than a little nervous!
Here is a slide show of our sailing so far and our adventures in English Harbour, Antigua and Des Haies, Guadeloupe and Les Saintes, Guadeloupe.
Tomorrow morning we are going to head out early and we are contemplating doing 35 hours and our first overnight sail. Figured we better keep the learning curve going and challenge ourselves some more!!! We are targeting St. Vincent. I will keep you posted but you may not hear from us until Wednesday night.
what beautiful pictures! juliana got a kick out of the underwater shot of alex and amelia!
ReplyDeleteJulie the pictures look great, but putting the same slide show in twice doesn't count as lots of pictures.
ReplyDeleteWe know you probably won't read this for a day or two depending on internet access, but all the best on your first overnight sail. Doing that will bring you here that much sooner.
Love to all

Hey Perrys,
ReplyDeleteGlad to see you are having a good time and learning lots. I am putting together an application for you guys and Dad and Sheryl. I am calling it GeoBlog. I put together a small proof of concept which can be found at http://www.gobiggygo.com/map.html.
The idea is to incorprate you blogs with google maps to create a record of where you have been and to tie your blogs to a geographical location. It will also create an animation of your journey and calculate the miles you have travelled. I will show you how to use it when you are back!
